Lucas, 38, of 143 Weller Road, Fulton.Lucas was arrested in connection with the investigation and March 31 search warrant execution at the Weller Road residence.Lucas was later arraigned in the Town of Volney Court on the following ch stanley cupe arges:1 count second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance A-II felony 1 count third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance B felony 1 count fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance C felony 3 counts fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance D felony Following arraignment, Lucas was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility where she is being held with no bail.She will return to court April 11.On March 30, Richard D.
