GUJRANWALA:Citizens on Sunday beat up man after he was caught trying to steal a bicycle. They tied him with a tree and painted his face black. Police said some residents of the Rahwali area saw one Muhammad Afzal stealing a bicycle from outside a house on Gul Road. They tied him to a tree. Witnesses said men would slap him turn by turn.
