The city s new police chief said he s focused on dealing with officers who deserted their posts after Hurricane Katrina and those who broke the law instead of enforcing it.Chief Warren Riley defends the majority of his 1,500 officers. Burglary victim number 15 of 16 says enough is enough and that no one in South Tampa is safe until a crew of serial burglars is captured.Tampa Police Department detectivesare asking for help to identify two suspects that broke into the residence at 4715 San Jose Street West in Tampa on Tuesday.
