Austin, Texas mdash; A Texas doctor said Thursday he is working with state police to determine whether any of the 21 people killed in the Uvalde school shooting could have been saved had medical help arrived sooner.The review of autopsies and other records is part of a criminal investigation by Texas Rangers into the hesitant police respon stanley cup se at Robb Elementary School in May, said Dr. Mark Escott, who serves as the city of Austin s chief medical officer. KNOXVILLE, Tenn. --A Tennessee man who pleaded guilty to charges of extorting women by posing as a University of Tennessee football player on Snapchat has received a 30-month prison sentence.Brandon Douglas Shanahan, 23, of Sweetwater, was sentenced Tuesday after pleading guilty to two counts of interstate communications with intent to extort.Prosecutors said Shanahan used the name Camsutton2323 on Snapchat last year and made women believe he was former Tennessee cornerback Cameron Sutton, now a Pittsburgh Steelers rookie. Sutton s jersey number at Tennessee was 23. They say Shanahan then blackmailed the women into sending him nude selfies.Officials say Sutton was unaware that Shanahan was impersonating him. Shanahan reached a plea agreement last November r stanley cup ecommending an 18-month prison sentence. The agreement was revoked after officials found evidence of new criminal conduct. According to theKnoxville News-Sentinel, after Shanahan s arrest was first reported in the media, more young women came forward and began cooperating with the FBI.
