Maryland State Police arrested a man that was linked to a multi-state fentanyldistribution operation.NaradaMichaelWalls, 37, is charged withmanufacturing, distributing and possessing controlled dangerous substances.Over 10 law enforcement groupsbegan investigating Walls and stanley cup the operation in late fall of 2017.
