A Maryland woman was indicted by a federal grand jury this week for allegedly injecting people with non-medical grade silicone.According to the indictment, Kendra Westmoreland of Windsor Mill used a silicon-based organic polymer from China, polydimenthylsiloxane, and injected it directly into her customers for payme stanley vaso nt.
