A 44-year-old man not wearing his seatbelt, died Sunday afte stanley italia r crashing into parked cars, according to Baltimore City Police.Around 11 a.m., officers responded to the 1300 block of Hollins Street for a fatal crash.Police discovered Ricardo Cuoto of Odenton unconscious in a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country.
