One of Guelphs largest employers is receiving millions of dollars from the provincial government to help cover the costs of making lifesaving equipment.During a visit to the companys iHub production facility on Woodlawn Road West Tuesday, Premier Doug Ford announced that the province would be investing $2.5 million in Linamar, via the Ontario Together Fund, to help offset the costs of retooling some of its production capacity to make ventilators.In April, the auto parts manufacturer announced it would be working with O-Two Medical, a Brampton medical supply company, to build 10,000 ventilators following an order from the province.
