Two Fulton men got caught in a police sting operation aimed at cutting down on underage drinking, police allege.Fulton Police announced theyve ticketed Jack D. Oneill, 38, of 313 Cayuga St. Fulton and John E. Dodge, 58, of脗聽脗聽 脗聽114 W.
