Well you can t tell the story without smiling because everybody thinks its so unreal, said Anne Burson.But for Burson, the moment the toilet at Tarpon Spr adidas campus ings Fundamental Elementary school exploded was real and serious. I flush the toilet and took one step and it blew out, said Burson. Pieces of shrapnel were flying around the room, and the first thing you do is close eyes, turn your head and duck. It all happened in 2012. Burson was the librarian at the time and believed she had avoided the majority of the porcelain projectiles. Everybody was running toward me and I said I m ok, I m ok, and then I turned around and their were all these blood drops on the floor, said Burson.According to the laws adidas campus 80s uit adidas campus donna filed last week, the city was working on the schools water lines that day. Somehow the pressure build up led to the side of the toilet blowing out. The city is not commenting due to the pending lawsuit.She s says the city should take responsibility for the pain and suffering the accident caused. It soon became infected with a form of Tuberculosis. Doctors feared if it wasn t treated immediately she could lose her leg completely.
